At CLATHERS, we want you to be happy with your purchase and we inspect everything thoroughly before we send it out. We also carefully package everything to prevent damage. 

If you would like to return an item purchased in one of our CLATHERS shops. Please contact the shop where the item was purchased directly to proceed with a return.

All online purchases, please follow the steps below.

How To Return Unwanted Items

1. Download, print and fill out our 'Returns Form' (click here) 

2. Return your item(s) along with your 'Returns Form' in original condition (see T's & C's below) to the following address with a proof of postage:

3. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the goods (unworn, odour free with all tags attached) and refund to your original payment method.   

Wrong/Faulty Items

Before despatch, your item(s) will be checked for quality several times. The final check is done when your order is packed by our despatch team so we are almost certain that you will be happy with the quality of your order. If you are for any reason not 100% satisfied or there is a fault you must contact us straight away, including your name, order number and details of the fault and we will do our very best to ship a replacement, repair the item or refund you.


General Terms And Conditions For Online Order Returns

All goods must be returned complete, unused and in the same condition as received with the original box and packaging in an undamaged and re-sellable condition within 30 days of receipt. 

CLATHERS does not cover the cost of returning the item. 

CLATHERS does not refund the original delivery cost if within 14 days of its receipt the customer has either not returned it to CLATHERS or notified CLATHERS of their intention to do so.

No refund can be issued until the goods have been received and inspected by us so there may be a small delay. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the returns of undergarments if these items have been worn. We understand you would like to try clothing on for sizing and fit, but please make sure you wear undergarments when trying on for size. 

Our Returns Department will inspect your items before issuing a refund to ensure your item is unworn and in a re-sellable condition.

Fill in and enclose our returns form to help us process it as quickly as possible. You will need to pay for the items to travel back to us for an exchange/refund.

Please include the returns form and remember to get proof of dispatch, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. 

Please Note: Refund amounts are subject to change if a voucher code has been used on the order. If you have any questions please call us and we'll be happy to help.

Promotional Returns

Any return of items bought through a special promotional offer (e.g. 3 for £15, or Buy One Get One Free), has to include all items bought within that deal. If not, we reserve the right not to issue a full refund and you may be charged the full price for any item/s that you keep.
